Re: Dwarf puffers
They look absolutely wicked!! I used to have a couple of figure 8 puffs and used to love watching them eat their bloodworm, their bellies get soo huge!
Re: Dwarf puffers
They will grow quite quickly from experience but of course when they reach about an inch then they start growing outwards

Re: Dwarf puffers
yup is frogbit
little puffers are now being fed twice a week with blood worm - rest of the time they're eating the daphnia and snails in the tank
There are some bronze cory fry in there with them at the moment - doing very well been in there for 2 weeks and doing an excellent job of cleaning up the bottom of the tank
will post pics later

Re: Dwarf puffers
I love dps, first of all I had 2 bettas in a split tank then when they died I had dps for a time...I loved their little puppy faces xx
I wasnt very knowledgeable about them. We went away for a weeks holiday and I put one of those vacation blocks in the tank. When we came home the tank was like a fog and there was a VERY annoyed puffer peering out through the cloud!!

Re: Dwarf puffers
^Oh no! Those blocks are terrible aren't they, I think they should be banned for the amount of trouble they cause.
I've never had DP's but they seem really cute I have a Palembang though [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Re: Dwarf puffers
Tetraodon Palembangensis - Dragon/Humpback puffer. He's a lurker, so hides in the bushes until a shrimp swims past
I'll post some pics of Gilbert in a bit, I love him [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
