Anything from 2 weeks onwards, but if they haven't hatched after 5-6 weeks then gently break the clutch open, if it was infertile it will be full of smelly gooey stuff. Sometimes the babies need a little extra help to break out of the casing.

Yeah don't move them, well you can incubate them yourself but i find it much easier to leave them to it. They are meant to stay out of the water, if they become submerged the babies inside will drown.

oh i thought you meant the eggs were yellow!!! haha, yeah fresh eggs are a lot more milky like the ones in that pic, they harden up and change color in about 24 hrs. the only way to tell if they are infertle is to see if they hatch.

more than likely! they take 2-4 weeks to hatch and you may want to dispose of the new ones, there are a lot of babies in a clutch, i had one that gave me 184 little snails!!

yeah they will eat them, the babies really go for the egg casings after they hatch too, i always put the empty casing in the breeders net with them when they hatch. i had some hatch out this week, a lot of pink, some ivory, and one little purple!!

yes they eat the same things as the adults, just a lot less. as for how long it will take for them to grow to size, that depends. they grow faster the more room they are given. the ones that hatched is jan. were over crowded and have just been sold, well the ones that were big enough. once i got the 70 and transfered them they shot up. ask the shop you are selling them to how big they need to be because i have been selling them at around half an inch. when i asked them they wanted them at nickle size. in ideal conditions(2gal each and roughly 76F) they can be at inch size or very close in two months at most in my experience. i have one that hatched in april that is bigger than its parents already. it all just depends on the temp, tank size and the availibility of food!

mine have taken about 2 weeks to hatch, but i incubate them. the warmer the eggs the faster they hatch. they can take up to 4 weeks at the most, if it has been that long break open an egg and see if it is still goo, if it is then the clutch is a dud. but if you have a male in with the female and this isnt her first clutch then they will be fertilized. too much moisture they can drown and they cant get too dry either or they will die in the egg too.
