aahhhhh duckweed!!!
All of our tanks are completely over run with duckweed! It is the most pain in the arse stuff to keep under control. We've chucked out a bucket load in the last 3 weeks and it just keeps multiplying!!!! So if anyone would like some let me know and if anyone has any tips for controlling or getting rid of the stuff that would be great!

Re: aahhhhh duckweed!!!
As my husband said, just want to make sure everyone knows it's duckweed (water lettuce) and NOT frogbit. We will have some frogbit coming up soon though hopefully x
Re: aahhhhh duckweed!!!
Yup, I know.
I've got some frogbit growing as well, and quite well it's doing. I think all the floating plants are pretty

Re: aahhhhh duckweed!!!
mine just arrived too, thanks so much Crystal, have put it in a spare tank for a few days but gave Indy some in his tank and he is happily playing with it as we speak. He's so funny, chasing it all over. I swear he's wagging his tail in happiness and has a huge grin on his face.
