Re: Grass snake
I think its a grass snake not a adder. There are a few adders around here though theres on that lives near where i go fishing a black one that comes out and swimms across the surface of the water.Wilsonnw8 wrote:nice love adders but you wouldnt want to get bitten!
Theres quite a few around here theres alot of woods and there fairly common. Ive seen about 2 adders and 4 grass snakes in the last few years. The one that lives near the river is a beast it must eat the water voles that live near the river.Irish_Lass wrote:How's that thing out slithering around!!!!

Re: Grass snake
Gorgeous! Not seen a wild snake in years. Seems a little odd to remember we have wild snakes in the UK. Great video!

Snakes dont bother me. Well atleast the ones here dont. They arnt going to strike at you unless you start being stupid and annoy it.

Just stay out of reach! They can't strike longer than their body is!
