Get new boy tomo *excited*
I'm going to pick up my CTDT male that I bought from ebay tomorrow very excited!!! Pics to follow of course he's so handsome, DT's aren't normally my cup of tea, but the crowning made him look so frilly and special
He's cambodian too, pretty boy!

LMAO Damo keep working on it! He must give in! The ones on ebay atm are to die for WHY OH WHY do bettas have to be so beautiful and addictive
Yes deffo pics once the little man is settled
Well I don't drive but i'm getting the train to Hemel, which is pretty easy as I can link up to the right train at Watford from Kenton or Wembley central, which are very near me.
Hmmm what're the chances of me coming home with more than just my boy

Re: Get new boy tomo *excited*
LOL, ALOT!!!!!
Mind you when i was there, he had a few females left which are on eBay, couple sold already, the VT male which is on ebay & a few other CT's. Didn't see anymore, apart from mine. Yours was upstairs i believe, as Apollo was.
I noticed Bacchus my extra DT by chance of looking closely in another tank, & he offered me him.
He's a very nice guy, and I had a real good chat with him for about 2hrs about bettas.
He really appreciated someone who understood & likes to talk about bettas, cause come on lets face, all our partners either think we're mad / mental / or just totally dont give a crap & think we're littering the place with fishtanks. but when you ask them they say the bettas r beautiful. LOL!

Re: Get new boy tomo *excited*
Been eyeing up the blue CT he has on ebay, I think he's lovely. I miss my old CT and would love another
Decided I need to go out with someone who likes bettas as much as me... that way the whole place can be filled with fabulous tanks and I won't get shouted at when I bring home new friends

Lol natalie I sold my laptop to fund my habit!!
Luckily kev likes them too.
Ps if you're only on smp you should be entitled to tax credits as the first £100 isn't accounted for by the hmrc

If that blue/red dt is the one I am thinking of it looks like he is short body which you want to be careful of - they have swim bladder issues amongst other things

Re: Get new boy tomo *excited*
Yeh the white VT was beautiful.
Oh after this conversation im gonna have to go visit a LFS tomorrow, just dont have any good my way....
Those HMDT are VERY expensive.....I love them but couldn't pay that much! I keep trying to tell myself, i've got at least 11 fry im raising at the mo from Wizard's spawn, gotta save room for a couple of those, but there not growing up quick enough heheee.
Your all welcome to the few i will have left over, when i come to sell them if u like, obviously i can't keep the 'at least 11' with the 27 bettas i have currently. I do have homes for most but a few will be left over.
See how they turn out......but they'll be crowntails silverrabbit, few weeks to wait yet though & i know how the addiction is....YOU NEED IT NOW!!!!

Potty training dont remind me! Charlotte my 5 yr old was terrible to potty train but Bethany my 7 yr old was the perfect 1st child. Shelby my 5 month old is really good (so far)

Re: Get new boy tomo *excited*
is it something to do with the colouring???
personally i dont like anything that's a 'cross', i prefer mine to be one type or the other. It complicates breeding a little if there already crossed, but then that could be a good thing.
Im quite taken with the Super Delta male, I dont have any Deltas / Super Delta boys.

Not a clue rabbit
5 month old??? mia is four and can hold to go the loo but she's afraid of going out of a nappy. She has some issues which have made her roughly 1-2 years behind

Re: Get new boy tomo *excited*
That would make sense. His colouring is beautiful, but the short body looks awkward. I'd feel a bit sorry for him if he was used to breed - he looks too short to wrap!
Haych - sorry to hear little Mia is anxious about being without a nappy, hope you can work through it x

Yeah, not to potty train at 5 months...ooopps did it again im good at confusing people She'll get it when she's ready Charlotte still sometimes wets the bed its so annoying as i dont let her have a drink before bedtime & i take her to the loo before bed.
