Haha the MG-impersonator (don't know what a true MG looks like so mine will be an imposter for the mo) was from my LFS. He's very beautiful
Feel trouble coming on as I have now bought 2 more bettas online
so now I MUST NOT BUY ANYMORE FISH!!!!!
But yes, this girl jumped straight out the tank. I'm shocked too, such a small gap i'd never have thought it possible!

I use to have guppies that use to jump out, lost a couple to that.
My siamese boys jump out all the time, when feeding they get too impatient & Aquarius is a bugger for doing it, 4 times so far.... its his own fault...he never learns!
Usually at feeding time, i open the lid ajar, & all you can hear is this tapping, he jumps again & again & knocks his head on the tank lid everytime he jumps, he'll learn.....ONE DAY....when he knocks himself out!

Goodness knows why she did it... it was in the short time after arriving so maybe the stress of shipping had her still a bit "jumpy" haha. The current may have been a bit strong for them too, maybe it freaked her out. It's an Elite Mini filter but still, i've turned it down to minimum until they settle.
Luckily she's looking pretty good all things considered. She's looking less scuffed up now and is lookinh happier. Will give them some bloodworms tomo and keep them well fed. Hopefully the Atison's Pro will help the fin regrowth... SO glad I got the pro version now!

Sorry guys, no pics yet. Not long out of hosp and have been faffing around getting all tanks back in order, so no time for pics.
The 2 orders I had obv had to be postponed, but hopefully will have my new babies soon.
Lemming looks great now, really notice the difference after being away from her for a few days. She's healing up a treat they enjoyed brineshrimp today.... man are they fast little hunters!

One was one i'd been contemplating for a while, and no-one bid on him so I went for it. He is Pipoodle's (member here) feather tail boy.
The other 2 i'm so excited about... orange HM and a black orchid CT if I remember correctly.
