My 2 males (Polo & Kai) are currently in there breeding tubs but won't nest Rolling Eyes i've tried adding the females to encourage them with no joy

Jovi currently has a lovely bubblenest could i borrow that 1?

Do you think having another male in there would help?

If you where careful you could steal some bubbles as this could encourage the other male to build one of his own or add to it.

Have you put some IAL or half a polystyrene cup so he can build under?

I put in a floating mirror for one of my boys he made a huge nest right by it.

You could try adding a female in a chimney for a couple of days this sometimes encourages them to build a nest.

I dont know what else to suggest...hope this helps.

Have you tried a different girl to what you are actually going to use? As iv tried in the past a different female to make him build a nest then swap the females after a couple of days after he's started a nest...its worked for me, just a suggestion, sorry i really cant think...

think i am going to pull them all give them a few more days conditioning and in the mean time put 2 regular nesters in see if that helps.

Am tempted to do a few back up girls too but wouldn't know who to choose Rolling Eyes

I dont know if you are like me but i get VERY impatient if things dont go my way so not even getting past the building a nest would annoy me so much, lol!!
