NEW FISH! YAY

Hey, I just got my new fish, since my first one died so quickly... (RIP Martini 
)
What Should I name Him ? (and his friend there) Should I name him Martini? because i really like that name but it's awkward because the other one was named martini...
So, here he is, along with his friend the sucker fish:

Very nice.
Do you have another pic of the sucker mouth?
It could be a common plec that will grow 18" plus but its hard to tell from a pic of there belly.

the sucker is also on the rock on the first photo, (i don't have any other photos of him and he doesn't want to show himself lol ) But I'm pretty sure he's a pleco.

How big is the tank? It could be a bristlenose plec. They get to 6" and need a 60cm and 15G + tank because they are so messy and very active at night.

Very nice new betta
As Kizno says, that looks like a common pleco (I have one just like that) and they get HUGE and are big poopers so you might want to consider changing him to something smaller as he will be stunted in that tank.
