Sales and Wanted Area - New Information

Hi all

The Sales & Wanted Area has been made a "usergroup" Area. You can apply to join the Usergroup once you have reached 50 post by clicking the "Usergroup" button at the top of each page. Click the drop down box and choose "Sales" and apply to join group.
A member of the Admin will receive the application and Accept you as soon as possible. If in the unfortunate circumstance you are denied, you will be informed of the reasons for it.
All previous rules regarding the sales section are still applicable.

Yep.....at the top of every page where all the buttons are i.e. forum, portal, members etc....there is a button called "Usergroups". When you click that one, there is a drop down box. Click Sales and join group.

Correct

A lot of forums have the same system in place. One that Netty is on, you have to have 200 posts to gain access to their sales bit! We do have our reasons for implementing the Usergroup for the sales section, one of which is to safeguard the genuine users of the forum Very Happy

Don't forget guys that you have to be 18 to sell anything in the sales section but any age can buy Sales and Wanted Area - New Information 242844

.. strange I can't see it / get in, I'm not being a fool, it is still in 'The basement' section, isn't it? (Though I have looked in all others) Just tried deleting my cookies and logging in again, still isn't there...? =3

LOL um yes try clearing your cookies. In the mean time I'll go delete you from the usergroup and re add you. Never seen that weird message before

*sulks* I've deleted eeeverything and it's still not working. I've just switched on my Dad's pc to see if I can access it from there, if so we'll just blame stupid laptop (Stupid laptop is being sent back to get a fixed anyway next week... because its stupid.) I'll try and see what I else I can randomly press that might help (Y)

really sorry I cant see it, I am not technological so perhaps we have enabled something our end we shouldnt. Dont worry about it though, as you guys have been working really hard with the site at the moment and its Sunday afternoon! we can all be patient Very Happy
