i keep seeing things about the rays but i still dont know how to count them
yes i know about the different tail types but its the rays i cant see how you count them

yes i maybe dumb but if i dont ask i dont know , i have seen others asking the same question on other forums so i think it's a popular confusion with people

could just be me though confused01

i can see on some fish but like Ebony where do i count from the white bits or the bits inbetween - i know not clear enough pic just wanted to know which i would count on him

Yep....I'll see if I can get the lines done better. I did that one using the mouse pad on laptop and that was my best attempt out of about 10 :lol!: Need more water with it then my hands wouldn't shake so much bounce

got a close up hun and i can count 16 rays on one bit but another one has 18 rays sop what is he classed as then ?

You always go by the bigger number and also the odd number so if 17 you would round up to 18 thumbup
