Can't Decide! Empty Can't Decide!

Post by ReptileLuver729 Mon 3 Aug 2009 - 2:30

Hey guys! Well as you know I am setting up a new divided ten gallon. I also just got a fifty-five gallon for my turtle. Curently my turtle is in a twenty gallon long. His filter is a Tetra Whisper 40. This filter is for tank between 20-40 gallons. My problem is that I can't decide on my next filteration system. These are the different ways I could go-
#1 Get an Eheim Aquaball 2212 (For Up To 53 Gallons) And also use his current Tetra Whisper 40 (For 20-40 Gallons) And buy another Tetra Whisper 40 (For 20-40 Gallons) For the new divided ten gallon set up.
#2 Get two Eheim Aquaball's for his tank and use his existing Tetra Whisper for the divided ten gallon.
#3 Get another Tetra Whisper 40 for his tank and get one for my new divided tank.
Thanks! If you need me to clear anything up just ask!

Hi
Not really much between your choices, but i would suggest that when you get which ever filters you decide upon get them running in next to the mature filter for a couple of weeks. As long as it doesn't disturb Mr Turtle too much:) Doing this will help kick start the cycle for each of the new filters:)
