My New Boys Empty My New Boys

Post by lilacamy931 Sat 1 Aug 2009 - 15:04

Finally made my way to DPs and wow it is much easier than I thought so no excuses for visits to the other crappy stores, yay! Had a great chat with Darren, loved the store and products (yes Darren I was eyeing many up while we were talking, my next payday is going to suffer!) and got my divider and two boys. Love them to bits, they are super pretty and have spent a lot of their time once discovering each other flaring. They are named Rude and Reno (im afraid a film geek - Final Fantasy Advent Children) and now await to fill slots 3 and 4!

these were bad shipment bettas, both came as a right pityful state and had so much trouble getting them healthly again. Their tails were just dreadful but nice and happy looking in their new home so really chuffed to bits for them as they deserve it after all the suffering they went through poor sods. The parts on the caudal where it looks like its folding is how long their tail were and dreafully torn and battered.

they are about the same age, both came in together. By the look of them they well be siblings too as the colourations are very similar in them.

They are both lovely! The colouring on Reno is really impressive!

Great names too... all mine are named after something from Tolkien. Smile
