A very wet kitchen Empty A very wet kitchen

Post by Lexi69 Fri 24 Jul 2009 - 16:16

Well I got a gravel cleaner from the LFS and went to try it! 🤣 BIG mistake never let me near new things again. Pumped the end in the tank and suddenly water started spewing out of the other end!! I ended up soaked and so did the floor!! so tried again with the sucking method to have more control over the end! Got a HUGE gobful of nasty dirty tank water sick sick sick sick sick sick sick which got spat out and I lost control of the end of it again!!

I think I need to practice this syphoning malarky!! its abit messy and Steve isn't impressed as his laminate flooring got SOAKED!! 🤣 to add insult to injury I dont think I managed to clean the gravel at all!!! 🤣 I'm rubbish!! 🤣

Plus annoyingly the LFS I went to didn't have any boys I wanted in they had one blue boy and a purple/ pink VT but didn't really fancy him! which isn't like me avoiding a PINK boy!!! May take a trip to the other LFS while Steve goes to the gym Joshie will love watching the fishies!! sunny

I usually get martin to start it off otherwise i end up either drinking the water or getting everything soaked, they are really awkward things to use!

it took me a while i have to say but thats because one of my boys likes to attack the dirt going up the tube and nibble my fingers as i'm vaccing

Although you think you have it bad, my bedroom has 2 tanks in it with a now not-so cream carpet (much to the other halfs amusement) good job we are redecorating it makes room for more tanks lolol
