Most of the pic's i take come out a little blurry. I have a camera i borrowed from a m8 and i think it's pretty decent so i'm putting the bad pic's down to user error. Any1 have any advise or can some1 gimme a clue what settings the camera should be on

Hi Chad

What type of camera is it? SLR or Compact type?
We have both and depending on the lighting and colours being photographed, have found they both have there place.

Blurring would indicate either, the fish is moving too quick for the shutter speed, or you are moving the camera when you press to take the piccie. But if you let us know what type it is we can tell you what may help :D

If I have a particularly lively betta I'll use the video camera then capture a screen shot from the computer,pics are always a little grainy but you can still get good results,,,

the pic of the male is a video screen shot,
the female is digital cam on macro,(no flash)
