It has been brought to my attention that a forum member has paid for services that they didn't receive from another forum member.

The buyer of a betta paid £12.65 for special next day delivery, and when the package arrived the postal label clearly states "Recorded delivery £5.20". Recorded delivery does NOT guarentee next day delivery, meaning this betta could have taken x number of days to arrive. Even if Special next day delivery had been used the actual postage cost would have £8.65.

I will not tollerate this kind of behaviour from any sellers on this forum, particularly this seller as he is a business.

If the seller would like to make their FIRST post to explain themselves then please do.
