Its probably new growth Nath thumbup Nothing to worry about as new growth can either be white or clear:)

Ahh okay :D Also the top half of his body (head to center of body) have gone a darker shade of grey to the rest of him. is this just new scalling?

Umm kinda its more of a straight line down the body of the two colours. what does mask mean on a betta?

A Mask is an expanse of black over the face and head of the betta, which contrasts the body colour.

I think i know what you mean about the changing colour. He's still growing so will probably go through a few changes of colours:)

Okay thumbup i dont mind anyway he such a nice fish looks copper from above. he has such a gentle nature, him and kahn dont even flare at each other anymore lol but i still dont tihnk they are quit ready to be friends :lol!:

It should have a "flower" symbol, which is macro for close-ups thumbup
