She is a He!! Help!

I started a topic a little while ago about a little girl that the fish shop gave me as she was so beat up. Well since i got her she's been in her own section so she could recover in peace. As i'm starting a new spawn i was having a move around and decided it was time for Slinky to join the other girls. So i put some food in to distract the girls and then added Slinky, but to my horror Slinky went off round the tank at a million miles an hour flaring at everything and everyone!!!! I got her back out, had a good look and she is a boy, a very small one but a boy none the less.

Now this puts me in an awkward situation, on one hand i want to keep him as he was my first proper rescue and has turned out beautifully, but on the other i have no desire to breed him and no real space to keep him. So i will post some pics in a bit and if anyone would be interested in homing him let me know. I would much rather he go to someone on here, i will not take him back to the lfs and don't want to give him to a complete stranger. All i would ask for is postage cost.

Awww hun this must be a nightmare. I would have taken him but until I get the new tank I don't have any room at the present. I hope he can find a loving home as good as yours.

Yep....he looks male to me. He's got a very long pointed anal fin and the body shape is very male like. I can't believe he's the same fish.....his colour has completely changed to when you first got him!!!!

I know i'm really gutted cause he's so beautiful and i wanted to breed 'her' with my male dt plakat

I may take him of your hands crystal i have just finished my new male tank and i have another tank cycling as we speak so give me a few days and i will get back to you

Yeahh i think i will be able to give him a home crystal if you would like, it will be just a case of when i can take delivery. unfortunatly it probs wont be until my holidays which start on the 21st of july. unless i get my sis to recive him.

I may do, he has the same colouring as kahn does and i adore kahn so may have to breed him to a dragon female, or even get him his own female :D
