Is it worms? Empty Is it worms?

Hi all....I've had my discus now since May and all was going well until I noticed one which was always the bully of the tank... has resorted to sulking under a log. I noticed his stool was hanging out of him like a worm. He stopped eating and justs sulks. Could he be constipated, having organ failure or parasites. I've heard they are susceptible to internal parasites.
