My other two are Bella (8yrs) and Rusty (15yrs). They both came from the same rescue centre. Bella was 6months when I got her and Rusty 6yrs. Rusty was a stray and Bella was very badly mistreated and terrified of everything....not so now though lol

She was a little star and very fast!!!! She just loved it soooo much and the jumping was her favourite. I swear if she'd broken her leg she would have finished the course :lol!:

Thanks Cara.....when I found her I was specifically looking for an agility dog and she was just perfect even though she's a tad hyper bounce

Her kennel name is actually Blast Off Bella :lol!:

Aww, she's still so cute. Supposedly agility is a very good thing for hyperactive dogs, isn't it? To keep their mind stimulated and things? I think that statement is mostly aimed at border collies, but I assume it should be aimed at all dogs? Looks so much fun, anyway!

It was very good for her Mel. Doing that actuallys wears her out more than a 10mile walk would because they are having to use their brains and follow commands and watch your body language. It also builds a strong bond between you and your dog, which is great!!!

I really want to do agility with my mum's german shepard(sp) also called bella(freaky!!! :lol!: :lol!: )how did you find where to train and compete etc??
