Guinea piggies
My little piggie Marmalade is now on her own after losing her sister and mum but I thought i'd show you some pics of the mummy Mopsy and her babies when they were born. I'm getting new company for my lone piggy on sunday

Re: Guinea piggies
oh they are adorable. I only have one piggie now, Rusty, he is almost 5! His friend Squeak died about 6 months ago. Really peacefully as well. If you are introducing another piggie you know about the olbas oil to mask any strange smells dont you? The kids next door have a male and a female and yes you guessed it they put them together, soon be hearing the patter of tiny feet!

Re: Guinea piggies
no, we had a rabbit and a piggie at school and they used to get on really well. One day the pig had to be pts we think the rabbit accidentally kicked him...so sad...x

Re: Guinea piggies
hehe my little babies, I miss Mopsy and Marmite.
liz2 - didn't know I could use olbas oil, just heard about lavender, so thanks for letting me know!
I don't trust bunnies with g pigs - they're too clumsy with their feet and even the gentles of rabbits can accidentally treat on a little fella. Maybe you could just have a couple piggies anyway some nice indoor cages around
I got my new babies today, they are so sweet but I think a little younger than the supposed 8 weeks. Shall post pics soon
