This may be a dumb question,but would a couple of dwarf gouramis be ok with a female sorority?

Would depend on the size like Betta_246 mentions. Lots of tall plants that reach the surface would help too.

Its my rio125,it currently has 10 girls in it plus the bottom feeders.Has a couple of tall fake plants and some bogwood,will be adding more wood soon.

It should be fine. You will have to know 100% what you are getting though. If you aint, then 1 male will do. If you want 2 then make sure its a male and female, otherwise there will be loads of aggression.
