When you click Aquarium rater the next page says "Enter and vote" or Enter without voting". Click "enter and vote" and it registers your vote.
When you click Fish Topsites the next page shows a list of sites. Scroll down to Betta Paradise and click the banner to register the vote.

I usually click on stats, then rate and review and then I vote, it has it marked at three otherwise, I choose 5 I have also left some reviews on there, same with topsite and aquarium rate. and for aquarank I am not sure I hit vote for this site. Very Happy

For Aqua rank it just comes up for me as "vote for this site" and I click on it and thats it I think!

Not sure?? I use Firefox and when i click the Aquarium rater it brings up the page that says enter and vote.

That is what mine looks like but it doesn't give me an option to choose 1-5 like the others do when I pull up stats. Sad

But I guess they might not do it that way hu?
