I honestly had *no* intention of putting a betta in the shrimp tank after I lost Finwe. Really. I didn't. I was going to get a few rasboras. And then today I went into my LFS to discover that not only were they now stocking crowntails, but also a stunning mustard gas superdelta... a colouring I've long admired.

Um...

There's a betta in my shrimp tank.

*Sheepish grin* I stood there for ages trying to work out where I was going to put him... eventually the shrimp tank won! (And he was only £8 which I don't consider expensive.)

Hehe, I leave the lights off until the next day when I add a new fish, hopefully I'll get some up tomorrow.

Thanks! Haven't named him yet, I usually wait until I've had them a week, lol. I caught him chasing a shrimp earlier, but I'm hoping it was more curiosity than anything!

I'm not sure what's going on with his dorsal fin, looks like part of it has been sliced off! Maybe it'll grow.
