years ago a cat got a nest from a tree in my garden. I rescued 2 baby thrushes and hand reared them. When they could feed themselves I let them out the garden. One of them returned every night for about 5 nights. He would also come and land on my arm when I whistled. Then one night he didnt come back but I am sure I used to see him in the garden. I love birds, and fish, and dogs, anything furry, feathery or slimey...
